My Versa 2 won't turn on, charge, or reset. While plugged in it will flash the logo for a few seconds then it goes off again,  it does this over and over.  I've contacted support and done all the recommended steps- nothing fixed it. No vibrating, no lights on the back. They said I'd get an email, haven't received.  Help if anyone has a recommendation!

This just happen to me also. No lights, charge, won’t turn on & won’t charge. Nothing has changed with all the tips on line. Help!
