My Versa 2 will not turn on or off, it will not sync. The only screen I am able to access is the “quick links” screen which comes on when I attempt to shut it down by holding down the power button. Any thoughts? It is 94% charged- that shows up when I put it in the charger.

What happens when you swipe from right edge to the left?
If you find Settings, click on it and got to the bottom, Click About and at the bottom click Shutdown.

Nothing happened initially. Suddenly now it is back up and running. Go figure!
