Plugged my Versa 2 in last night to charge only to find it didn’t charge at all. Charger itself lights up blue to indicate it’s working. Can’t power on the watch at all. App is looking for device?!? I just got this watch in December. It was working fine yesterday!

@Aod20 You can attempt hard reset using buttons:
You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

I did. It’s not working. No vibration…. Nothing but a Fitbit logo. I’ve tried everything.

I have exactly the same problem. Plugged it to the charger before going to bed as I have done every night since I got the device but woke up this morning with the device not coming on at all.

Yes, since I’m using the app I can’t continue with the chat and try to fix the problem at the same time.
