Hi, my versa2 won’t charge or turn on, when initially put on on charge the logo comes on but then goes off again and won’t charge, I’ve tried my partners charger and cleaned the connections on both the watch and charger but had no luck? Please help 🙏

Hi @Mcfcfoden - it may be charging but because of the logo you can't see it. After charging for an hour try a restart. How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi guy, do you work for Fitbit? There is no power at all in the watch so a reset is not possible, thanks
