My Versa 2 died suddenly and is not starting up. I tried the following things-
1. Cleaned my charger and watch as per the guidelines mentioned on the Fitbit website.
2.Charghed for around 1 hour before trying to switch on.
3. My friend has Fitbit versa 2 and tried to charge that one with the same charger and it worked fine but mine did not.
4. Tried charging with another charger. 5.Pressed and held the button on watch for more than a minute but the logo did not appear.
Seems like nothing works, any kind of help to get it working is much appreciated.
