One day it suddenly stopped working There is no blue light on the back of the watch and it won’t charge. I’ve tried holding the power button for 15 seconds, cleaned contacts grid using different usb port and always use the charger that came with the watch
can you please advise and help

Contacted customer service who were very supportive and sorted my problem. I’m very happy with the speedy response and solving of this problem
