I woke up this morning and my Versa 2 screen was black. I can’t get the display to show anything. I held down the side button to reset it and it didn’t work. I then tried placing it in the charger and it didn’t vibrate at all when I placed it in ACCURATELY. I made sure the nodes matched up and tried different outlets. I left it on the charger while I ate breakfast and all it did was get hot. Also, the heart rate sensor lights on the back side don’t light up at all when I move it. I don’t have twitter and could not contact customer support as a result. Please help. I haven’t had this for even a year.

Uninstalling/reinstalling the app worked for me. Once I did that my Fitbit powered up.
