I received my versa 2 for mothers day earlier this month. It set uneasily. I turned on the biking tracker before going for a ride. Upon return the face of the versa was dim and I could not get the versa to move modes or back to clock. The next day it was totally dead. I have tried charging it, but no life at all.
What are my next steps and how do I get service?
My children gave this to me and I really want to use it.
