Woke up this morning and my Versa 2 was black. Nothing happens when I press the button. Tried to reset as suggested and nothing. Battery says medium on my app. It is currently on charge (doesn't vibrate when put it on charge) and that's also not doing anything. Wont sync on my app. Absolutely nothing happening.
Not sure what else I can do?

Hi @Helen.R, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen and charging issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unig.
