Versa 2 won't turn on or take a charge

I plugged in my Versa 2 to charge & it shut off & wont turn back

on.  It’s only a couple of months old & is a replacement for a charge that malfunctioned.  Please help!

Hi @HDiCenzi, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't turn on or take a charge.

 

Please let me know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
