Versa 2 won't turn on or take a charge

Versa 2, which was purchased this mother's day, is completely unresponsive. It was at about 40% yesterday and completely shut down. I have charged it and it still won't turn on nor will the back sensors turn on.

Hi @Riedebra, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hello, no, my fitbit stays completely dead with no vibrations of any kind.
