Versa 2 won't turn on or take a charge

My Fitbit Versa 2 is not turning on I don’t know what’s the problem if it’s the charger or the watch . It’s barely used and haven’t been charge for a long time, I tried charging it for a good minute but still won’t turn on problem is that I don’t even know if it’s charging please help thanks.
