My Fitbit Versa 2 is not turning on I don’t know what’s the problem if it’s the charger or the watch . It’s barely used and haven’t been charge for a long time, I tried charging it for a good minute but still won’t turn on problem is that I don’t even know if it’s charging please help thanks.

Hi @Joanne1013, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not turning on and taking a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
