Versa 2 won't turn on or take a charge

I’ve had my Versa 2 for about 18 months. Swam with it in a pool for the first time yesterday. It worked in the water and for several hours afterward. It is now dead. Won’t turn on or charge, and won’t reset.

Hi @GabbyMcQ, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 won't turn on or take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me!! I have tried all of the steps listed and I
have put the watch on charge for over three hours and it still won’t turn
on. There is also no vibration from the watch when I try and charge it.

Good morning, I am also having the sam issue with my watch and I’ve only had the watch since June. It was literally on the charger for two whole days and nothing. Are these watches under warranty?
