Prompted to update my Versa 2 about two weeks ago and now it won’t work. Is at 35% battery according to the app, which is where it was when it put it on the charger. Tried the backup charger but the watch is dead. I had not even had it for a year, I’m very disappointed. Any suggestions would welcomed.

Hi @Jslp, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 won't turn on or take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
