Versa 2 won't turn on or take a charge

@CoachTed Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the display and charging issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life and connects with our phone properly.
