Versa 2 won't turn on

Versa 2 working fine.. Went to bed around 12am pst. Woke up at 645am pst and screen dead.. Battery shows 53%.. And the red and green light on the bottom of versa are still lighting up...

 

Tried turning off and on, tried charging it and no luck.. Maybe you can assist me in this matter.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I’ve got a Versa 2 also with same issues as @Exurt  I’ve tried what you’ve suggested and touchscreen still not working, can’t even put in passcode to get into Fitbit apps, setting etc.
