My versa 2 turned itself off whilst I was at work this morning, I’ve tried holding the button for 10 seconds, I’ve tried resetting it but it won’t turn back on, it was on 53% this morning, so not a flat battery.

Any help please?

Hi there, @Doris1981. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
