Brand new Fitbit versa won't turn on. Been on charge for 3 hours. I only get the logo if it's on charge, no percentage etc. Take it off charge and just a blank screen.
Tried all the resetting by holding the button for different times.
Nothing has worked.

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team just right after sending your post and they also tried to help you. Did you manage to get a replacement from the retailer you bought it from?

Hi! Yes turns out it was faulty! Got a replacement and this one works perfectly fine!
