Versa 2 won’t turn on.

I just bought a Versa 2 and went to set it up.  As I was connecting it to the power something flashed on the screen in different languages and now the screen is blank.  I have connected it to 3 different outlets, tried tapping, and holding down the side button but nothing seems to be happening with the screen anymore.  Any advice please?

Hi @Cca-eh, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and would like to help you with your Versa 2 since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
