Hello everyone, I've been using a versa 2 for over 6 months now and have had a great experience with it. However, my versa 2 switched off recently due to lack of battery and won't turn on now. I've tried charging with various adapter and USB ports but nothing seems to charge it. Holding the power button for long has no response either.

Hey Ricardo. Thanks for your reply, to answer your question, no the back sensor shows no light. The watch is totally unresponsive. I tried the following but nothing seemed to work:
1. Cleaned the watch and charger's metallic contact
2. Charge for over 30 mins and then trying to turn it on.
3. I first used a Macbook's USB port and then a Lenovo IdeaPad's. Both don't charge it.
