Versa 2 won’t turn on

Hi

My husband bought me a Versa 2 at Christmas 2019 which I have used daily without problems - until yesterday. I came back from a 7klm walk in quite strong heat - about 40c and it was working when I got home - it then buzzed and vibrated and turned off. Left it for a while in case it had overheated then tried to turn it on - nothing - put it on to charge - nothing - didn’t buzz or vibrate and left on charge for 24 hours and still dead. It will not turn on at all now - anyone any ideas please

Hi @BernyBuckle Try a Factory reset. If that doesnt revive it then contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Thank you but I have a blank screen even after charging it so can’t do any re set!

Factory reset is always a bit of a long shotnwhen the screen is dead, but it does sometimes wake it up. You will need to contact Customer Support

support is non-responsive. I too have the same issue with mine which was reported since mid-June.
