A couple days ago my versa 2 started flashing a white screen. Several minutes later it showed a gray screen with a faded Fitbit logo, and now it will not turn on at all.

Thanks for your post and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi @RicardoFitbit - thanks for responding. None of the sensors are flashing and it is completely unresponsive. I’ve tried several tunes to hold the button down to reboot but it does not respond. It was charging when the screen displayed the logo, and the next morning it was unresponsive when taking it off the charger.
