The screen on my Versa 2 will no longer light up. It is less than 6 months old. It still sends all my info to my phone but just no screen. I updated the app and my iphone. What now? I talked to tech guy and he told me to update something else, so I went online to my fitbit dashboard but see no where to update anything. HELP!!

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Likely you've already tried this but just in case you haven't, do several restarts in a row. Hold down the button for 10+ seconds, if it's successful you will see the Fitbit logo. If that doesn't work for you, I think Customer Service is next step.

Thank you MarciM! I have already tried that. I get a screen back for about a minute and then it is gone again. I am calling customer service today!
