So, yesterday, Wednesday the 29th of October, my Fitbit Versa 2 was working fine. I went out with a friend for a few hours in the evening, and it was working fine. I get back to my house at 8 p.m. and my watch is still fine. A few hours later, about five and a half, my watch's screen turns a cyan blue color, and flickers. The watch is completely unusable at that point. Then, I go on the app on my phone and see that my Fitbit is trying to switch to the SpO2 clock face, but it is unable to for some reason. I try turning my Fitbit off to fix the problems, but I cannot get it to turn off. About 15 minutes later after holding the back button long enough, it finally turns off. However, when I try to turn it back on, nothing happens. It was at about 65% power when it finally turned off. I have tried charging it, but nothing happens. I have no idea what to do. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help.

Hi @Matthew-M-Rhody, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

My Fitbit is completely unresponsive. The heartrate sensor does not go off, and the screen remains black. However, sometimes my Fitbit gives a "no battery" screen notification, but it will also not charge. I can check that article you linked, but I tried everything I thought I could to get it to work again.
