I've tried all the self help options, from charging with different cords, putting it in different plugs, cleaning it. Factory resets etc. Versa 2 wont accept charge/turn on. Wondering if there are any support options, watch is only a year old.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Does your Versa 2 vibrate when you connect it into the charging cable? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hello Ricardo,
I have tried all of the supports, the fitbit will now sync to my phone, but the screen is still black . The heart rate sensors do flash and pick up heart rate. It also shows that it is updated with the latest software. it seems to be a screen issue. Thanks, what is the next step?

I am having the same problem. It was working perfectly fine yesterday and today there is no sign of life whatsoever. It will not charge, vibrate, light up....nothing. I have not even had it for one year and I am very disappointed!! I have tried every troubleshooting option that I can find. 😞

I too am having the same issue with my Fitbit Versa 2. It will not turn on after 5+ hours of charging, I tried ALL the troubleshooting steps you all have mentioned. I've had my device for LESS than 6 months and went ahead and purchased an Apple Watch because I needed a dependable device during my marathon race.
This is clearly a manufacturing issue. How can you mail a return package so that I can get a fully functioning smartwatch.

I got my versa 2 late January early February.woke up the other morning and it won't reset, no lights, won't charge, I have tried all the other trouble shooting that I can find.

It does not vibrate when I put it on the charger. I have plugged the charger into three different plugs and in tried plugging in in to a brick. I had just taken it off the charger the night before and had a full charge. Was working fine when I went to bed. Woke up and the screen was black. Held the power button down for several minutes trying to get it to turn on and nothing.

hi i also am having the same issue my fitbit wont start wont do anything at all i have tried to charge it once in awhile it will read a charge then nothing i have tried to reset and nothing i have tried diffrent cords for it and nothing so i would like to try to fix this any help would be great

Still waiting on what I should do with my fitbit that will not turn on. The lights do not come o and it doesn't vibrate when I connect it to the charger. I would like answers as why it just stopped working overnight for no reason.
