Hello,

 

I've had the versa 2 about a week now. I've been having some issues with it however, mainly to do with it not turning on. I have tried plugging it into the charger, and holding down the main button. Using the charger worked the first couple of times it randomly turned off, however it hasn't this time. It was nearly at full charge a couple of hours ago when it was working.

 

As a side issue, I also woke up one morning to find my battery had drained from 60% to 10% overnight which seems like a lot. I'm wondering what the cause of that would be?

 

Any help is appreciated.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
