My Versa 2 ran out of battery the other day and now won’t charge. I’ve got a friend to try my charger and I’ve tried hers and her watch chargers but mine doesn’t so it’s not a charger problem. I’ve also tried to restart it by holding the side button but it does nothing. I called into Fitbit and was more or less told that my watch is garbage now and that seems I’m 1 month off of warranty they can’t do anything for me other than send me a coupon to go towards a new one....I clearly don’t want to pay for a new one if it’s only going to last 1 year.
Has any one else had this problem and been able to find a fix for it??
Thanks in advance!

Hi @DVerstraete54, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and personal experience with your Versa 2, I understand your situation and how frustrating this matter can be for you. I'd like to let you know that we are always striving to improve the Fitbit experience with our products and services, therefore, the feedback that's shared here in the Community Forums is always appreciated and really helpful for us to evaluate our procedures and make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.
Our Customer Support team informed me that they already provided you assistance to resolve your issue. That being said, my best advice for you at this moment will be to contact them back if further assistance is needed or if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case. For a better understanding of the information they provided to you, please check our warranty policies here.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be around.

Thanks for replying @RicardoFitbit.
When I contacted Customer Support they didn't have any other suggestions for me to try to possibly get my watch working again so they sent me a discount code to go towards a new watch. Before finding a replacement I just wanted to see if anyone else has personally had this problem and found a solution to get the watch to charge as I don't want to toss it if it's fixable and I also don't want to buy a new Fitbit if its a regular problem.
I also understand the warranty policy its just frustrating when the problem happened so close to my warranty time frame but there's nothing that can be done about it, it was just very bad timing.
Thanks!
