Versa 2 won't turn on

2 days ago my Versa 2 vibrated once and now won't turn on. I am very disappointed due to the fact that it was bought for me as a birthday present in August. I have tried charging it, holding down the button, removing it from my iPad but nothing is working. This eems to be a reoccuring issue regarding what I have read already. Can anyone help?

What was the resolution? I see the same too.

Hey, best solution is to ring a and do an assisted factory reset and if that does not work the will offer you a replacement for free or a 50% discount on another modal. Good luck. ☺️
