Hi there, @CTR @bsco. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your posts about the issue with your Versa 2 watches.

@CTR I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already addressed your issue. If you still need help, please feel free to contact our team so they can continue assisting you.

@bsco As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps

If that doesn't work, please try the steps below:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again.

Hope that helps.

The same thing is happening with my Versa 2!! The screen just went dark and it won’t sync. I charged it last night so the charge isn’t the issue.
