After about 2 weeks been off (battery has gone and i didnt use it) i tried to charge the battery but the screen is all Black it looks like it dead 😱 only have it for a year and dont use that much i Wonder what happen how i can turn it on???

Hi there, @weronika243. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 and for making sure it has battery. 

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
