Versa 2 won't turn on

A while back I started getting green lines and erroneous things on my screen. After several restarts it was less terrible and at least usable. Now the edges of the screens have slowly started bleeding with the top edge having and orange hue. 

Today the screen went completely blank and the versa 2 is completely unresponsive.

I've had the watch about 15 months and have avoided all water
