My fitbit doesn't show the time anymore. Anyway to fix this or is it dead? I have had it several years. It's a firbit versa 2. I am going to try resetting the versa to see if that helps. TY

I've seen you tried reaching out to our Support Team after posting here, but your chat got disconnected. The best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online again or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

In the meantime, as you mentioned, I do suggest performing a restart. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

We hope your issue is solved soon.
