My versa 2 seems to have stopped working completely. It was charged to around 91% then screen went blank and it has died completely - it will not turn back on

Since your tracker is not turning on and it still has battery please restart your device with the instructions of help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Does your watch vibrate when you press the button. Do the back lights turn on?
