After all this time I think it might be my wifi, mayb y it can't download properly, for the update and clock faces. Can someone tell me a way I can do this so I can get the issue done and over with. So I don't go anymore crazy than what its already making me? Please help!

Hi @StephanieV85, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the clock face and update issues that your Versa 2 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know if your referred to the firmware update or a regular syncing process.
In the meantime, restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help page when trying to change the clock face.

I had trouble with clock faces, until I did all the updates. I still have trouble with wifi, I think. I cant download music to my Versa 2 Fitbit, despite reading all the support articles and calling support twice.
