I've done a factory reset and it still won't update to the latest version.

@MysticalCats, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't complete the firmware update, even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
