Versa 2 won't update the time and date

My Versa 2 suddenly started showing an incorrect date/time. It’s charged and I synched it, but synching it didn’t update the date/time for some reason.

Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance!

Hello @Kathryn1994 

 

Try turning your Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth back on and try syncing your Versa 2 again. 

If the issue continues let’s check your settings to ensure noting has been altered by accident. 

  1. Open the Fitbit app, then tap your profile picture, scroll down and tap App Settings.
  2. Tap time zone. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
  3. Tap time zone and select the correct time zone.
  4. Sync your Fitbit Versa 2 

If your still running into a problem try changing your clock face by going through the Fitbit App: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. Preferably change it to either your original clock face or one made by Fitbit
