Versa 2 won't update time after traveling

I have updated, and changed clock faces, restarted my fitbit, restarted phone, and synced multiple times and it still won't change the time to current time zone. I was on vacation, and my versa 2 died ( forgot to bring my charger with me), when I got back home I plugged it in and let it charge, yet it still has not changed to current time zone and can't find a way to manually change the time. Anyone have any advice?

Hi there, @Msutak. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If the recommendation by @SunsetRunner does not work, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

You can also find more detailed information here How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

Hello @Msutak

Try going through the Fitbit Online Dashboard here. Just tap dashboard at the top of your screen then tap the small gear icon to the upper right of your screen. Tap settings in the drop down menu. In the Personal Info section scroll down and adjust your time zone here. Once you have made the adjustment scroll down and tap submit. Now sync your Versa 2 to see if your time zone is correct now.
😃 Hopefully this answers your question. Keep me posted
