Hi all,... Where I live, we don't change our time, however my Versa 2 did just that. it took 2 calls and over an hour with a representative to help me fix my Versa so that it was on the correct time. I tried all the things listed and they didn't work. My time zone is America Whitehorse time. It kept slipping back to UTC as soon as I switched it. Here is the catch.. I had to spend a few days in Victoria, BC, where I switched my time to an hour back and I did that online on my laptop. Now that i am back at home, nothing works to get my time back to the correct time zone, one hour ahead. I am a busy person and I don't. have time to call Fitbit for their help....??!! HELP!!

I'm trying to follow your instructions. Where is my profile on the App? I can't find any. Although my iPhone immediately recognized the change of time zone, synching my Versa 2 from the iPhone doesn't update my watch.
