Upgraded to versa 2 from charge and it arrived yesterday, unable to download new firmware version as its showing that I'm up to date and therefore unable to download sp02 clockface. Any ideas how I can resolve?

It's just a case of giving it time. Now that it's set up the app will start downloading the new firmware bit-by-bit in the background. When it's fully downloaded the app will prompt you to install the update. Fitbit say that this process can take up to 48 hours so keep an eye on the app.
