Hi there @hanahanawaleed, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please perform a factory reset on your watch by following these steps (before doing it, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings):

  1. On Versa 2's screen, go to the "Settings" section.
  2. Scroll all the way down and tap on "About"
  3. Tap on "Factory reset"
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

If you run into difficulties to update your watch, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
