Versa 2 won't vibrate for notifications

My Versa 2 will receive notifications but will not vibrate when they come in. It won't vibrate with an alarm either. I have tried turning in on and off and reset it but it has made no difference. Any advice?

@squip, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't vibrate when getting notifications or when the alarms go off. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like you to try one more workaround which has been helpful for this type of issues. Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
