Versa 2 won't vibrate neither for my notifications or goals

Despite trying all the advice I could find on settings, turning off and on, updating versions, and factory reset, my watch will not vibrate/buzz.

 

A week or so ago my Versa 2 was locking up and then started vibrating nonstop. I turned it off and then back on and it seemed fine, but then it started losing its charge for no reason and died overnight after being recently fully charged. Now it seems to be holding a charge better, but I realized at some point it stopped vibrating for notifications of all kinds and alarms. 

I get notifications on the screen for texts, calls, goals reached, etc. but no vibration. Same for alarms and timers. 

What now?

Hi there, @b-glad. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Before considering other options, please make sure that Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Versa 2. When either of those settings are "ON" notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? and Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Thanks for the reply. I have definitely checked DND and SM and they are not on. I used to use those when I didn’t want to get alerts
