Versa 2 won't vibrate neither for my notifications or goals

Hi,

My fitbit versa 2 device is not vibrating for any notifications. I want to have vibrations when my goal is finished or for reminders to finish steps for an hour or day etc., 

 

I have checked the notifications. "Always vibrate " option is ON. Have checked if am able to set alarms. When setting the alarms, it vibrates and not for any other notifications . 

 

Pls help here
