My Fitbit Versa 2 allows notifications but when they appear they don’t vibrate. Any advise?

I'm having the same issue. My notifications and my step notification do not vibrate my Versa 2. My alarm will vibrate my Versa 2. Any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting the watch via Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu?
Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it. Or push the button if that doesn't start it again.
Of course do not disturb and sleep must also be turned off in the Quick Settings.
