Hi there,
anyone having issues with their versa 2 not recieveing vibration when someone calls?
I have tried the following:
restarting Fitbit
restarting phone
unlinking Fitbit to app and reinstalling
restarting Bluetooth
checked vibration on phone (it is on)
if anyone has any answers or if a FItbit rep can please messaging me, that would be great!

Me either!!!! I’ve done everything! Checked all settings, removed and added device again, deleted Bluetooth and added again! This is the third time this has happened to me! I’m about ready to move to an Iwatch!!!!!!!!!!! #fedup

What type of phone do you have? I just upgraded to the Samsung A71 5g and I have sync problems plus the same as you and I just found out that Fitbit doesn't support the A series from Samsung.

I'm having the same problems. No vibration from text or phone calls. It started a couple of weeks ago. I have attempted to resolve the problem in all of the same ways even doing a factory reset of my watch. The notifications are on my watch if I go look for them, the watch just doesn't notify me they came in so I know my phone is connected via the Bluetooth. It still vibrates to remind me if I have steps left for the hour. Has anyone found a solution?
