Hi there @Cavanaghcl, thanks for the update.

Please note that your Galaxy A71 is not fully supported by Fitbit. As mentioned above, keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify.

The list of supported devices can be found here: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Hi @Cavanaghcl Do you have notifications turned on and call notifications selected? What phone are you using?

Try restarting your Versa 3 in case it is a glitch and also try THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications

Hi there @Cavanaghcl, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 isn't vibrating when you receive a call, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you.

I was wondering the same as @NellyGIf you haven't done so yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Note when you turn on the do not disturb, quiet hours, or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications.

To temporarily turn off notifications on your Fitbit device:

  • Swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon > Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode. For more information, see: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Note: If you have an Android phone, you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications:

  1. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Notifications.
  2. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

Please know Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 or higher, Android OS 7.0 or higher, and Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher. For the latest list of devices that support the Fitbit app for Android, see Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches for organization purposes.

Let me know how it goes.
