Versa 2 won’t work after being wet

Hi.. went swimming today.. versa battery went flat part way through, when wasn’t low in battery.. have had it on charger for over an hour and it’s not charging/responding. It appears dry.. 😔 ???? I’ve swam with it before and had no issues.

The original Versa didn't like hot water and lost its waterproof. It may be the case with the Versa 2.

It may have water in it which can be seen as condensation through the little windows on the back with a magnifying glass.

You probably shouldn't charge it if it has water in it but lie it on its button side and allow to dry. It may recover in time, though probably won't be very reliable.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to check it and help you with a replacement under warranty..
