Hi my Versa two is being a bit strange lately it charges and loads all screens when on the charger but as soon as I take it off it continuously boot loops and won’t load, I have factory reset it and updated it several times while on the charging dock all works fine. Then o disconnect it and it goes through the boot loop logo again. I thought this was maybe a battery fault but the boot loop continues for 3 days before it dies
