Versa 2 wont charge as brand new

excited to open up a Versa 2 today.  frustrated that it wont charge.  no response whatsoever when attempting to charge.  Any one else have this problem?  I have tried charging it on different computers and even a wall outlet, tried holding in the button and nothing.  I contacted support and they asked if i had tried anything,  told them what i tried and they said they had nothing else to add but to take it where i purchased it to have them deal with it.  Any one have similar issues, and if so, what did you do??  thanks in advance.

I had the same issue, the store tried a couple of different Chargers to make sure was an watch issue and finally gave me a new Versa 2.
