my Versa 2 won’t charge or turn on after I updated it. I’m so frustrated nothing works I tried a different charger. Plugging into the computer then the wall. It won’t turn on or even take a charge

Thank you for letting me know the steps you have already taken to resolve the charging issue on your Versa 2.
I want to try using a toothbrush and some water to clean the charging contacts on the device's rear as a first step.You must use a cotton swab and some disinfectant alcohol to clean the pins on the charging wire, making sure that none of the cotton swab's bits are left on the pins.
